These are open to everyone including beginners; just turn up.
Aikido classes start with mind and body co-ordination development. This is a set of exercises that allow you to remain centred, relaxed, focus and energised. It concentrates on developing Ki (energy flow) but not using physical strength or stamina.
The class follows with Aikido techniques.
